TCI EXPO '09
Baltimore Convention Center, November 5-7, 2009
Pre-Conference Wednesday, November 4
TCI EXPO to close earlier on the last day
As many of you recall, last year at the exhibitor’s breakfast in Milwaukee exhibitors voted overwhelmingly to shorten the Saturday, November 7, show hours. Your decision will be implemented this year at TCI EXPO 2009 in Baltimore. When making your travel arrangements, please be aware that on Saturday the trade show will close and TCI EXPO will officially end at 1 pm Saturday, instead of its traditional closing time of 3 pm. Thursday’s show hours (9:57 am – 4:00 pm) and Friday’s show hours (9:00 am – 4:00 pm) remain the same, while Saturday show hours are shortened (9:00 am – 1:00 pm).
An earlier closing hour – coupled with a centrally located East Coast location and very strong air service at BWI Airport by Southwest and AirTran – should allow most exhibitors to be home Saturday evening.
