How do I make hotel reservations?
Please check back in July for online reservations and the toll-free phone number.
Where do I fly into and how do I save money on my airline reservations? Please note, your final destination is not Honolulu on the island of Oahu, but Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Attendees should fly into Kona Airport (airport code KOA) on the Big Island of Hawaii. We suggest you check both online pricing and by calling airlines directly to compare, or book through your travel agent. Book early since seats are limited and restrictions may apply.
We also suggest you consider redeeming frequent flyer points to offset the cost of travel. Many credit card companies allow you to charge your daily expenses to the card and later redeem them for airline travel. Please explore these options.
Please note there are multiple Hawaiian islands. We are having WMC on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Is there a shuttle from the airport to the resort?
Currently, we are suggesting SpeediShuttle for shared rides to and from the resort, taking a taxi or renting a car. The hotel is 18 miles from the airport. Click here for transportation options.
What is the dress code?
Resort casual. Our planned evening events are outside and casual, with the exception of the Voice for Trees Gala Dinner and Auction, where cocktail attire is requested. Both the welcome reception held on Sunday night and the farewell reception will be held outdoors. On the golf course, men are required to wear shirts with a collar and women's shorts must be mid-thigh in length and no tank tops.
Cell phone usage
We suggest you contact your cell phone company for information regarding any usage charges you might incur while in Hawaii.
