Doug Malawsky
As HMI’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Doug is responsible for the insurance claims and emergency response division. Doug’s responsibilities include managing a national network of 2,500 professional tree crews and approximately 1,600 arborists that provides services to the insurance industry.

Cliff Robbins
With over thirty-five years of successful management and marketing experience, Cliff Robbins has held a variety of top management positions and was the founder and CEO of several entrepreneurial ventures. Cliff has taught courses in management and marketing at UMass Dartmouth and Bentley College and is well known for the many business seminars and workshops he has presented. He is also the co-host of the television show, The Fox Robbins Business Show.

Gordon Mann
Gordon is a consulting arborist and trainer with 33 years of municipal tree management, administration, and urban forestry experience. He is a current director and treasurer on the American Society of Consulting Arborists Board; a Director on the California Urban Forests Council board, the Society of Municipal Arborists representative on the American National Standards Institute A300 standards writing committee; and Western Chapter ISA Municipal Committee Chair and Certification Committee member and test proctor. Mann is passionate about the role of trees as community infrastructure and utilizing quality specifications to promote high quality work and well-administered contracts.

Tony Tresselt
Tony Tresselt is a full time arborist, trainer and writer.  He is currently the director of safety and training at Arborist Enterprises, Inc. in Lancaster PA.  He is also an instructor for North American Training Solutions.
